Michael Lewis Wagner

Michael Lewis Wagner Sr., 78, of Butler, died Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Florence.  Born February 22, 1947, in Rising Sun, Indiana, he was the son of the late William L. and Wilma M. Welch Wagner, and was retired from General Motors.  He is survived by his children, Michael Lewis Wagner, Jr and Christopher Wagner (Gina).  Also surviving are 2 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, sister Bonnie Caldwell (Dennis); brother William Louis Wagner, Jr (April) and sister, Denise Thames (Tim).  He was also preceded in death by his wife, Theresa Roaden Wagner; son Joseph Wagner; and a brother, Dennis Wagner. Private burial will be at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
