Nevaeh Jaylynn Parker (Infant) Died on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati. Born on March 3, 2010, to Kaitlynn Hornsby and Sylass Parker, both of Cincinnati, OH. She is survived by her mother, Kaitlynn Hornsby, father, Sylass Parker, Grand parents, Cindy Sieve and Kenny Walton of Cincinnati, and Chris Hornsby of Cincinnati. Visitation will be on Saturday, March 6, 2010 from 10:00 AM till 11:00 AM at Floral Hills Funeral Home of Taylor Mill, KY. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, March 6, 2010, at 11:00 AM at Floral Hills Funeral Home of Taylor Mill, KY. 1. Burial will follow service in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens of Taylor Mill, KY.
