Owen Ray Townsend, Jr.

Owen Ray Townsend, Jr., passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 21, 2025, in Hebron, KY, at the age of 26. Owen was born on June 22, 1998, in Florence, KY, to Owen Ray and Ida M. (nee Wolfe) Townsend, Sr. 

He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, listening to music, working out and spending time with his family and friends. 

Owen is survived by his loving parents: Owen Ray Townsend, Sr and Ida M. Townsend; siblings: Kimberly Townsend, Amber Townsend, Kelly Townsend, Emily (Ronnie) Thomas, Christian (Jeremy) Westerman, Sierra (Austin McComas) Townsend, and Nathan (Hailey Sargent) Townsend; 18 nieces and nephews and numerous other loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. 

Owens family will greet friends and family from 11:00AM until 1:00PM on Monday, March 3, 2025, at Floral Hills Funeral Home, 3556 Old Taylor Mill Rd., Taylor Mill, KY with a funeral service to follow at Floral Hills Funeral Home, beginning at 1:00PM. Owen will be laid to rest in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens following the service.
