Patricia A Perkins

Patricia A. Perkins, 77, of Covington, passed away peacefully, Sunday, December 21, 2025, at Villaspring in Erlanger.  She was born July 24, 1948, in Beattyville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Roy Newman and  Ruth E. Charles Newman.  She was a retired Seamstress and dearly loved being with her family and grandchildren.  She was married to Dennis Perkins, who survives.  Also surviving are her children, Greg Heuser (Michele); Kim Heinzelman (Ken); and her stepdaughters, Linda Casaceli (Troy); and Tracey Puckett (Ed); one sister, Betty Powers and eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a daughter, Denise Perkins; a sister, Sandy Woollum and three grandchildren.
