Patsy "Pat" Terrell, 69, died Friday, Jan. 9, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood.
She was a lead tax examiner for the Internal Revenue Service.
Survivors include her husband, Otto Terrell; sons, Mike Terrell of Carrollton and Aaron Terrell of Warsaw; daughter, Amy Hering of Ripley, Ohio; four grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 12, with service following at Swindler & Currin Funeral Home, Latonia. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
Memorials: American Cancer Society, 297 Buttermilk Pike, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017.
