Paul Ray Stephens, 81, of Latonia, died Thursday, September 25, 2026, at the home of his daughter, Mary Wissmann with Mary and his granddaughter Timmi at his side. He was born November 5, 1944, in Cincinnati, the son of the late Arnold Ray and Mary McKeown Stephens. He was retired from the Art Academy of Cincinnati where he was a Locksmith and in general Maintenance for 52 years. He was also, a Navy Vietnam Era Veteran. He is survived by his daughter, Mary Wissmann (Mark); his son, Paul Ray Stephens (Carrie); four grandchildren Destiny Hayes (Nik), Jaden Klug, Timmi Klug, Matthew Wissmann, and four great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by a brother, James A. Stephens, Wife, Della Stephens, and an infant sister. Also proceeded in death by Linda Stephens, mother to Mary and Paul. Paul was deeply loved and respected by many through the years and now will be deeply missed. To honor the memory of his giving spirit, do an act of unexpected kindness for someone in need. Graveside services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, with military gravesite rites.
