Penny Sue Schroth

Penny Sue Schroth, age 79, of Crescent Springs, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2026.

Born on September 14, 1946, in Covington, Kentucky, Penny was the beloved daughter of the late Howard Eubank and Lillian Hensley Eubank. She shared 55 wonderful years of marriage with her devoted husband, Bruce Schroth, whom she preceded in death.

Penny found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved reading, sewing, crocheting, cooking, and making crafts. She especially treasured spending time with her family and creating lasting memories while camping together. Penny will be remembered for her kindness, creativity, and the love she shared so freely with her family and friends.

Penny is survived by her children, Doug Schroth (Kelly), Brian Schroth (Jamie), and Stephanie Yung (Paul). She also leaves behind her siblings, Fritz Eubank, Sandy Frakes (Terry), Pam Russell (Mike), and John Eubank (Carla).

Penny was a proud grandmother to Danielle Kuehn (Dan), Austin Yung (Hayley), Hannah Yung, Mackenna Schroth, and Madalyn Schroth. She was also blessed with five great-grandchildren: Luka Yung, Emilia Yung, Cassius Yung, Asher Kuehn, and Levi Kuehn, all of whom brought her tremendous happiness.

A private Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, August 9th, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at her home in Crescent Springs.
