62 of Covington, Kentucky passed away Monday, July 18, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood. She was a parishioner at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Taylor Mill, Kentucky. Phyllis retired from the IRS in Florence, Kentucky and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her husband Jim Neiswender of Covington, KY. Phyllis is also survived by her son Brian and daughter in law Deondra Neiswender of Covington, KY; best friend Peggy Kimball of Chesapeake, OH. Phyllis will be dearly missed by many friends. Visitation will be held at St. Patrick's Church, 3285 Mills Rd, Taylor Mill, KY 41015 on Friday, July 22, 2016 from 11 am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 1 pm. Burial will be at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at 11 am. Floral Hills Funeral Home is serving the family.
