Richard Courtney, 63, of Newport, Kentucky, passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospice on March 16, 2017. He was the son of Herb Downard and Mary Courtney. He is survived by his daughters Rhonda Courtney of Cincinnati and Wendy Courtney of Boston; his sister Chauntel (Chuck) Enzweiler; niece Tawnya (Tommy) Hicks; nephews Travis (Nicki) Fredrick and Ryan Enzweiler. Services will take place at a later date at the convenience of the family.
