Robert F Bostwick

Robert F. Bostwick, 80, passed away on August 13, 2026. He was born on July 27, 1946, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late Robert Bostwick Sr. and Mary Bostwick.

Robert was a loving husband, father, and friend who enjoyed spending time with those closest to him. He had many interests throughout his life, including golfing, photography, fishing, building things, and working out with his son, Matthew. His faith was also an important part of his life. He was a deacon at First Baptist Church of Fort Thomas and attended Christ Baptist Church in Cold Spring, Kentucky for 15 years.

Robert is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Marilyn Bostwick; brother-in-law, Jeff McClanahan (Tonya); niece, Danielle Breitenstein (Alex); honorary grandchildren, Matt Breitenstein, and Carmen Breitenstein; nephew, Michael McClanahan (Kaiti); great-niece and nephew, Blair McClanahan and Clark McClanahan; his cousin, Bobby Rosteck; as well as many other family members.

He was preceded in death by his beloved son, Matthew Bostwick; and parents, Robert Bostwick Sr., and Mary Bostwick.

A visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Chapel A, on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at 12:00 p.m. at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
