Robert Joseph "Bob" Simmons

Robert Joseph "Bob" Simmons, 69, of Batavia, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Forest Hills Nursing Home.  He was born April 29, 1956, in Covington, the son of the late George Simmons, Jr and Mary Ellen Sidney Simmons.  He was a retired Production Supervisor and loved golfing, camping and hunting.  He is survived by his wife, Tina Lynn Nashold Simmons whom he married November 16, 2005.  Also surviving are his daughters, Danielle Dalton (Jay); Kristine Neal (Danny); one sister, Mary Beth Wiehoff; and seven grandchildren.  He was also preceded in death by a son, Kyle Simmons and a brother, George Simmons.  Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday, January 24, 2026, at the Chapel of Forest Lawn Cemetery in Erlanger, with Pastor Mike Cornelius officiating.  Visitation will be Saturday from 9-11 AM at the Chapel at Forest Lawn.  Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.  Floral Hills is honored to serve the Simmons family.
