July 7, 2008. Age 39 years. Residence East End. Service at T P White & Sons Funeral Home 2050 Beechmont Ave. Mt. Washington on Fri. July 11, at 10:30 AM. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Thur. (TONIGHT) from 5-8 PM. Donations to US Bank.
