55, of Walton, KY passed away Thursday, June 15, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Edgewood. She is survived by her father Doyle Vann; sister Glenda Twehues; husband David Spicer; sons Henry (wife Sandy) Davidson and Shannon Davidson; grandchildren Chance, Shayla and Shannon Davidson Jr. Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 19, 2012 from 9:30am until time of service 11:30am at Floral Hills Funeral Home. Interment will be immediately following in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Floral Hills Funeral Home is serving the family.
