Samuel Beau Church

Infant Samuel Beau Church, gained Angel’s wings Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Saint Elizabeth Hospital, Edgewood. He is the son of Trevor R. Smith and Arianna Vanessa Sue Hance. He is also survived by his grandparents, Tommy and Crystal D. Church; Great Grandparents, Janet S. Payne; Tom and Amy Church; uncle Austin Tyler Church (Taylin); Tyler Robertson; Aunt Tiffany Church; Great aunts Kimberly Myers (Richie), Angela Adkins (Matt); Tonya Church and cousins Jaxson, Avery, Jettson, Easton and Nikolaus. He is proceeded in death by Great Grandfather, William Stewart.   Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 18, 2026, from 10 AM-12 PM at the Floral Hills Funeral Home, Chapel A, where services will begin at 12 PM. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
