Samuel Beau Church

Infant Samuel Beau Church, gained Angel’s wings Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Saint Elizabeth Hospital, Edgewood. He is the son of Trevor R. Smith and Arianna Vanessa Sue Hance. He is also survived by his grandparents, Tommy and Crystal D. Church; Great Grandparents, Janet S. Payne; Tommy and Angel Church;the late William Stewart; uncle Austin Tyler Church (Taylin); Tyler Robertson; Aunt Tiffany Church great aunts Kmberly Myers (Richie), Angela Adkins (Matt); Tony Church and cousins Jaxon, Avery, Jettson, Easton and Nikolaus.  Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 18, 2026, from 10-12 PM at the Floral Hills Funeral Home, Chapel A, where services will begin at 12 PM. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
