67 of Cold Spring, Kentucky passed away July 16, 2015 at her home. She enjoyed cooking and taking care of her family. Shirley is preceded in death by her daughter Jackie Hensley and sister Jean Feltner. She is survived by her husband John Ellison; children Johnny (Sherry Davis) Ellison of Middletown, OH, Dottie (Jason) Parton of Alexandria, KY, Chalmer Lynn Hensley of Stanton, KY and Linda Nagel of Dayton, KY; grandchildren Scottie, Britni, Ashley, Taylor, Abigeal and Gracie; brothers Earl and Ralph Miller. Memorials suggested to Susan G. Komen Greater Cincinnati, www.komencincinnati.org. Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Monday, July 20, 2015 from 10am until time of Funeral Service at 12pm. Burial will immediately follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
