Silas Thomas, 82 of Covington, died Thursday, March 24, 2011 at Hospice of St. Elizabeth, Edgewood. A retired Baler with Duro Bag Company. He is preceded in death by his wife, Flora Honeycutt Thomas, in 1997. Survivors include son, James Thomas, Sr. of Hebron, sister, Dorothy Stringfield of Georgia, grandchildren, James Thomas Jr. and Angie Woodruff, great grandchildren, Brandon, Amber, James Thomas III and Hunter Woodruff, great great grandchildren, Azalea and Alayjah Thornberry. Visitation 11AM - 1 PM Monday, March 28th, with funeral at 1 PM all at SWINDLER & CURRIN FUNERAL HOME, 214 West Southern , Latonia, KY. Interment Floral Hills Cemetery.
