Baby Stephen Garrett Lykins, 6 months, passed away on November 13, 2025. He is survived by his Loving Parents, Veonca Cooper and Levi Lykins; Sister, Amiyah Lykins; Grandmothers, Lasheena Cooper and Rachel Grooms; Great Grandmother, Nola Bailey and several Aunts and Uncles. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at Floral Hills Funeral Home from 11 am until the time of service at 12 noon. The burial will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
