Sylvester J. Pawlak, 64, died Sunday Feb. 15, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood.
He was an Air Force veteran and a Civil Service meteorologist.
Survivors include his daughter, Stephanie Black of Clarksville, Tenn.; son, Steve Pawlak of Burlington; sisters, Mary Ann Rankey, Mich., Cathy Sujkowski; brothers, Tom, Mike, Dan Pawlak all of Bay City, Mich. and Pat Pawlak of Westford, Mass.; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. with services following Saturday, Feb. 21, at Floral Hills Funeral Home of Taylor Mill. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
