Theodore "Ted" Phillips,
63 of Covington, Kentucky passed away January 28, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood, KY. Ted was Cubmaster and Leader for Cub Scout Pack 766 for over 20 years and a former member of the Taylor Mill Recreation Committee. He is preceded in death by his parents S.V. and Mabel Phillips and brother S.V. Phillips Jr. Ted is survived by his wife of 35 years Sandy Phillips. Ted also leaves behind his son T. J. (Michelle) Phillips of Lakeside Park, KY; granddaughter Madison Grace; sisters Patricia Lloyd, Becky Yungbluth, Sandy Scott and Jan Duning; brothers Verale Phillips and Matthew Phillips. Memorials suggested to the Salvation Army, 1860 Scott Blvd, Covington, KY 41014. Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Sunday, February 1, 2015 from 4pm until 7pm. Funeral Service will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Monday, February 2, 2015 at 10am with burial immediately following in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
