Victor Thomas McAtee

Victor Thomas McAtee, Jr., 79 of Independence, Ky. passed away peacefully on October 27, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Health Care in Edgewood, Ky. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Fort Thomas, retired after 30 plus years in the Airline industry, loved to square dance and was in the Kentucky Kuzzins club, enjoyed playing and was a member of the Hills of Kentucky Dulcimers and liked collecting and tinkering with model trains. Victor is survived by his Loving Wife of 52 years, Linda DeJarnette McAtee; Daughters, Michelle (DJ) Moran and Marcia (Brad) Heck; Brother, Roy (Liz) McAtee and Grandchildren, Jake, Gabriella (McKel) and Miles. A visitation will take place on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at Floral Hills Funeral Home from 12 noon until the Service at 2 pm. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. A reception will follow the burial at First Christian Church of Fort Thomas. Memorials are suggested to First Christian Church of Fort Thomas and/or Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
