Wilbur Blair Osborne

Wilbur B. Osborne, 79 of Ryland Heights, Ky passed away on April 25, 2026, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood. He worked in Construction his entire career and loved spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Jessica Osborne; parents, James Osborne and LaVern Garrigus. Wilbur is survived by his Children, Joy Carlson and James Osborne; Long time significant other, Vieta Sedam and a brother, Wayne Osborne. Two grandchildren, Amber Heflin and Katherine Bennett; 4 great grandchildren, Maleki Bennett, Jasmine Friason, Ayana Friason, Anthony Friason, and one great great grandchild, Camden Rogers. A visitation will take place on Friday, May 1, 2026, at Floral Hills Funeral Home (Chapel A) from 10 am until the service at 11:30 am. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
