EDGEWOOD - William "Jack" Schultz, 74, died Saturday, Jan. 23, at Hospice of St. Elizabeth Healthcare.
He was a hospital administrator for Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Corryville and member of St. Pius X Church.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Schultz; son, Michael Schultz of Edgewood; daughter, Melissa Krumpelman of Florence and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Jan. 27, with Mass of Christian Burial following at St. Pius X Church. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill. Stith Funeral Home, Florence is handling arrangements.
