Yuki Collett

Okbun “Yuki” Collett, 74, of Independence, died Thursday, December 23, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood.  She was born December 23, 1947, in Yamaguchi-ken, Japan.  She was married 49 years to Darrell Collett, who survives.  Also surviving are her children, Darrell C. Collett, Jr., of Independence; Terry L. Collett (Lori) of Florence; Amy C. Wallace, of Independence; her grandchildren, Austin A. Wallace; Alyssa R. Wallace; Abigail F. Wallace and Adalynn G. Meyer.  Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Monday, January 3, 2022 at Floral Hills Funeral Home, where friends may call Monday from 11-1 PM.
